Make trading content Myanmar actually wants to watch

We're building BFT for traders across Myanmar, and we want a creative who will own our social media from the first idea to the final post. Your content will help traders learn, laugh and stay in the loop.

Own BFT's content plan from first idea to final post. Turn real questions and feedback from traders, affiliates and Customer Support into clear, entertaining short videos, graphics and interactive posts that people actually want to watch, not just promotional posts.

What you'll do

  • Run a weekly content calendar: topics, formats, channels, posting times, owners and deadlines.
  • Spot social media trends early and turn them into original BFT content that feels professional, helpful and fun.
  • Develop ideas, hooks, scripts, captions and briefs for short videos, graphics and interactive posts.
  • Team up with the affiliate manager, Customer Support and the wider team to turn recurring questions, objections and community interests into useful content.
  • Coordinate editors, voice-over talent and presenters so approved content is produced and published on schedule.
  • Explain trading terms simply using approved BFT information, and make sure every post stays accurate and free of exaggerated claims.
  • Review content performance every week, share what's working and sharpen the next plan.

What you'll bring

  • Strong written and spoken Burmese that explains ideas clearly and naturally, plus working English for briefs and collaboration.
  • A sharp feel for social media trends and for what will engage BFT's audience across short-form and community channels.
  • The ability to plan a realistic posting schedule and write scripts and captions on your own.
  • Creativity balanced with good judgment: content that's engaging without being misleading or overly promotional.
  • An understanding of BFT, prop firms or the Myanmar trading community, or a proven ability to learn fast and check facts.
  • Reliable full-time availability from day one, strong organization and a collaborative approach to feedback and revisions.
  • Examples of your work, such as a portfolio, social posts, scripts, videos or a personal project.

Bonus points (not required)

  • Editing short videos, designing graphics or publishing posts yourself.
  • Experience with content analytics, community management or educational content.
  • Voice-over or on-camera presenting. Being on camera is optional for this role.

Compensation

MMK 500,000+ / month

A base fee of at least MMK 500,000 per month after probation, and higher for candidates with exceptional, relevant expertise.

The first two months are a paid probation. Probation terms are shared with shortlisted candidates before interviews.
